Once you decide you wish to use Avenir Registrars, there are some steps that need to be undertaken.
Background information
To commence the set-up we require:
- Name, number, and country of incorporation of the company
- Registered office address
- Business address
- Names of all directors
- Existing share register
If there is remedial action to be undertaken to make the register acceptable to Avenir Registrars NZ, a separate quote will be provided for this work.
Loading of the initial register
Once the initial set-up checks have been completed we will load an electronically provided register into our systems. As part of this process user logins will be created for the issuer and also for each new individual investor.
Register access
After the load is complete, Avenir will email account login details to each investor. Once set up, an investor can login and view their holdings at any time.
