Registry access

Once your account is set up you can view your holdings and personal information at any time on our registry system.  If you have forgotten your password, then login page has a link to the password reset.  Contact us if you have forgotten your user name.

Update of details

We will soon release functionality for investors to update their personal details.  Until then requests for update of personal information (e.g. change of address or phone number) can be made to Avenir support.

Transfers

A completed securities transfer form, along with other supporting documentation as required, must be provided in order to effect a transfer of shares.  Please contact us for the relevant documentation to be completed.  Note that information may also be required on the investor in order to complete the account set up.  Once we receive the completed documentation we will effect the transfer, which can also be viewed in the registry system
